Talent Match is a professional orientation office that was created in 2019 with the aim of solving the problem of youth unemployment by providing professional training, mentoring, and employment internships. This initiative aims to allow students to explore their professional interests earlier and develop skills that meet the requirements of the job market, including for entrepreneurship.

In partnership with higher education institutions, Talent Match offers students and graduates professional skills and practical experiences to best prepare them for the job market. Talent Match's career development programs also aim to create a competent and dynamic workforce for the future of Rwanda.

Led by CEO Allen Kendunga, the company uses innovative approaches on a daily basis to solve the problem of youth unemployment in Rwanda and help them reach their full potential to succeed in an ever-changing job market. Talent Match has an ambitious vision for the development of Rwanda, where every young person can find their place and contribute professionally to the growth of their country.
